About this book

The traditional cookery of Lebanon contains an abundance of vegetarian recipes. Wholesome ingredients – ‘Mediterranean’ vegetables, pulses, grains and olive oil – are combined with fresh herbs and subtle spices to make delicious and healthy dishes. Around a hundred traditional dishes are presented here, each one colourfully illustrated.
